My Philips 32 Lcd Hdtv Sound Has Gone Out. Has Anyone Else Had This Problem And Reseolved It?

Does Anyone Know Of The “track It” Software Used By It Dept & Any “bugs” It May Have?

I am being accused of “altering” a document used with the track it system for IT helpdesk information. I didn’t do it, but all I have is the work order response and that is what they are saying I altered. Now I have to prove I’m right and IT is wrong.
